With over 32 years of experience in the property maintenance industry, Keways Properties Ltd offer you a professional electrical contracting service, including the repair and maintenance of all gas boilers.

We will gladly undertake all domestic, industrial, agricultural & even caravan site work, as well as offering a planned or response maintenance service to a wide variety of commercial outlets. We take on a number of contracts from several well established facilities management contractors.

Our services include Inspection & testing, Repair & Maintenance and Installation. We can carry out any job; from the simple replacement of a plug top to a large scale electrical installation, and all of our staff are fully qualified to provide you with a safe and reliable service.

We are both NICEIC Approved and registered NICEIC Domestic Installers, and thus can self-certify all of our work. We are also Gas Safe registered allowing us to safely repair, maintain & service most makes of domestic gas boiler.
